What is HydroKleen
Originating in Australia, HydroKleen now has licensees operating in more than 40 countries across the globe. The reasons for our wide popularity include the HydroKleen™ system, which was specifically designed to clean ductless mini split heat pumps better than any other system on the market. We also pride ourselves on our Service Guarantee and on our excellent customer service.
HydroKleen Atlantic has been serving Atlantic Canada since 2017. We currently have HydroKleen Atlantic licenses covering all of Prince Edward Island and in Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John and surrounding areas in New Brunswick.

“This is the best decision that we’ve ever made in our life.” – Hacene Amarouche
Hacene Amarouche, Rose Kolli and their young son, Daniel, moved to Canada from France in 2008 to seek a better life. They spent three years in Montreal, QC and then two years in Newfoundland. In 2013, they chose to settle down in Saint John, NB.
By 2018, Hacene had been working on offshore oilfield platforms for 25 years in eleven different countries around the world. As exciting as a life of travel had been, he missed his family. Therefore, he wanted to find a project that would allow him to stay home with them.
While Hacene was doing research on the many opportunities available to him, he noticed that his heat pump needed to be cleaned. He looked into the local companies offering heat pump cleanings, but wasn’t convinced that they could do a thorough job. As he researched which company would offer the best heat pump cleaning available on the market, he found the answers to both of his questions – HydroKleen Atlantic!
As soon as Hacene saw that we have licensing opportunities available, he got in touch with Wayne and Deborah to arrange a meeting. They happily answered all of his questions and informed him of the many benefits there are for a HydroKleen Atlantic licensee. As a result, Hacene left the meeting convinced that this is exactly what he was looking for.

Wayne and Deborah Arsenault of Prince Edward Island are the proud owners of Thomas Edison Electric. As Thomas Edison Electric became one of the top installers of heat pumps in PEI, it was coming to light to the public and to service companies that these units need to be cleaned regularly.
A dirty heat pump poses risks to health and to the operation of the heat pump itself. Therefore, Thomas Edison Electric began to offer heat pump cleanings using the only equipment available: a small, hand-held sprayer.
Wayne was troubled with the realization that these sprayers aren’t entirely effective and were leaving dirt behind. He knew there had to be a better way, so he set out to do some research. Over two years of thorough research led him to the conclusion that HydroKleen™ has the absolute best ductless mini split heat pump cleaning equipment in the business. After almost two more years of hard work, HydroKleen Atlantic launched in 2017.
Never satisfied with the bare minimum, Wayne and Deborah added air exchange and dryer vent cleaning to HydroKleen Atlantic’s offered services. Above all, HydroKleen Atlantic will continuously strive to be the best in the industry in professionalism, customer service, quality work and trust.

Nicolas Charland and his team became HydroKleen representatives and license distributors for the Canadian provinces in 2016.
Nicolas entered the market of air conditioning duct cleaning when he founded Nouvel Air 2001. Equipped with the latest technology and the ASCS and CVI certifications from the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA), the team quickly became the reference in the Suroît region.
For Nicolas Charland and the Nouvel Air team, air conditioning unit servicing and cleanliness is important, but educating the general population on the risks of poor maintenance is as crucial.
