Busting the Myth
Did you know that there are some companies who will tell you that a ceiling cassette heat pump can not be cleaned or does not need to be cleaned? HydroKleen Atlantic has blown that myth out of the water!
Ceiling cassette heat pumps collect dirt, dust, mould and other allergens just like a mini split heat pump does. These contaminants are then blown back into the air you’re breathing. As a result, this can cause respiratory illnesses such as allergies, cold and flu symptoms and respiratory infections. In those with respiratory disorders such as asthma and COPD, these contaminants can be extremely dangerous to their health.
HydroKleen Atlantic uses heavy-duty vinyl catchment bags that were specifically designed for cleaning ceiling cassette heat pumps. Our catchment bags ensure that absolutely no mess is left behind. We use our patented HydroKleen system to thoroughly clean and sanitize the unit inside and out.
What to Expect During Your HydroKleen Appointment
At the beginning of your appointment you will meet your friendly, uniformed HydroKleen Atlantic technician. First they will take a speed and temperature test of your ceiling cassette heat pump. Next they will place our heavy-duty vinyl catchment bag under your indoor unit. This ensures that absolutely no mess or damage is made to your home or business while your heat pump is being HydroKleened.
Your technician will explain every step of the process. They will show you everything they’re doing and are standing by to happily answer any question you may have. They will thoroughly clean the outer plastics of the unit, deep clean and sanitize the indoor head and then clean the outdoor unit – we clean everything inside and out!
Your technician will again test the speed and temperature of the heat pump when the cleaning is complete. This will show you the difference your cleaning has made to your unit. They will then sit down with you to go over HydroKleen’s comprehensive checklist and our Service Guarantee, pass on important information about your heat pump and answer any other questions you may have.
Remember, it’s not clean unless it’s HydroKleened!
